On 25th July 2008 Prva banka CG got permission for performing custody services and with this service it expanded products range it offers to the Clients.

If the Client has securities or intends to buy them, the custody bank will take care of the securities on their behalf and offer services of keeping financial assets, controlling balance and turnover, reporting on the changes to portfolio and taking care of exercising rights with respect to securities.

  • Opening and management of securities account with the Central Depository Agency in the name of and on behalf of legal holders,
  • Opening and management of securities account with the Central Depository Agency in the name of custody of Bank
  • Trade in securities on domestic and foreign stock exchanges,
  • Trade through proprietary and omnibus custody accounts,
  • Execution of orders for transfer of rights regarding securities and orders for registration of rights of third parties to securities and taking care of transfer of rights from these securities,
  • Collection of receivables from issuers regarding due securities, interests and dividends on behalf of legal holders of these securities and taking care of exercising of other rights of legal holders of the securities who are its Clients,
  • Notification of the shareholders on annual general meetings of joint stock companies and their representation in those meetings, by attorney,
  • With the authority of the Client, taking care of settlement of tax liabilities of the Client with respect to securities, the legal holder of which is the Client,
  • Enabling all means of communication with the Client and informing the Client: directly, by telephone, fax, e-mail, via SWIFT,
  • Performing other services determined by the agreement in accordance with law and business operations rules of the custody bank.
